Yes, and you don’t have to figure out how. Tell us where the service is and we’ll contact them directly. Funeral homes and most churches do this every week; they have the screen, the sound, and someone who runs it. We’ll confirm the setup ahead of time and send the file in whatever format they want. If the room turns out to be shaky, we’ll work it out with you and the venue before the day, not during it. Works the same for event halls, restaurants, and backyards.

Most projects are ready about 2 weeks after we receive your pictures. Working against a service date? Tell us when you reach out, and we’ll build the schedule around it.

A Memorial Slideshow & Video starts at $300 for a 10-minute video with up to 100 pictures. Larger versions run $575 and $800. Every price includes basic photo restoration, a licensed soundtrack, and 2 rounds of revisions.

Yes and it’s included. We score every video with fully licensed music, so it plays at the service and can be shared or posted afterward without being muted or taken down. Send us a few songs your wonderful person loved, or just describe the mood, and we’ll find tracks that match the feel. Some families prefer no music at all, letting the pictures carry the room. That works too; just tell us.

However is easiest for you: text, email, a shared Dropbox or Drive link, or mail us the originals and we scan them and send everything back. No app to install, no intake interview, just send what you have. If all you have is a box of prints and no scanner, that is the normal case, not the hard one. Phone pictures of prints work better than most people expect and we will walk you through it.

Fewer than you think. 100 covers our Standard tier and makes a full slideshow. If you only have 40 that matter, that is a real slideshow too. We would rather have 40 that mean something than 200 that repeat.

No. Send them however they come, in whatever order they come out of the box. Sorting and sequencing is the work, and it is most of what you are paying us for. We build the story chronologically and thematically so it reads like a life instead of a pile.

No, and most families do not. We will ask a few questions about your wonderful person and choose a style that suits them.

Everyone does. There is almost always a second box. Send them along and we will tell you where we are in the edit and what still fits.

Send them anyway. Printed photos, phone pictures, a shoebox of loose snapshots, old video tape, a quick movie off your cell phone, we work with all of it. Torn, faded, and water stained pictures get restored, physical media gets scanned or digitized, and every image gets scaled and sharpened so it holds up on a big screen. You don’t have to sort or fix anything first.

No matter where you live, we build your story right here in Seattle: upload your photos to us or mail the originals. Filming and interviews stay in the Puget Sound region, with travel available by quote.

Yes. Pets are family, and their memorials get the same care as any other tribute we make. Send us their pictures and videos, and we’ll build something that celebrates the joy they brought and the moments you shared.

Off The Clock Productions and Wildflower Video share a phone number and the same person behind the camera, so don’t be surprised if you see both names. Off The Clock is our documentary film practice, telling stories for the festival circuit; Wildflower is where that same documentary approach gets applied to memorial storytelling.

We use AI as a tool, not a source. It helps us sharpen and restore your pictures and refine our writing, and sometimes it helps us clean up a shot or add a small visual touch to carry a moment. What it never does is invent your wonderful person. We do not generate footage of them, and we do not animate photographs into doing things they never did. Everything you see of them is genuinely yours, filmed by us or restored from what you send.
